It is amazing to me that your diet can even effect this issue in your life as well as your weight and heart etc. I think when this happens you should talk to your spouse about what is bothering you because to me it is obvious that there is something or you probably wouldn’t feel this way. If that doesn’t work than I would say it is time to see a doctor.

  2. Lawanna says:

it is good to hear that there are organic natural remedies for this problem, if I was going to do something I would try all of these before taking the embarrassment to the doctor and having to take some kind of chemical that is going to react with my body. The natural way of solving problems like this is by far the best way to do things.

  3. David says:

How do you know for sure when you need to take medicine or not, I started just not feeling the same when situations would present themselves, if you know what I mean and then it would start to work and then go away like I had to concentrate on it for anything to happen. Would a organic remedy work for that or is that more serious?

  4. Barbara says:

While erectile dysfunction pills such as Viagra and Cialis are highly popular, nearly a third of their users claim that they either do not work or come with a number of side effects. Talk about a quick fix: I heard that Brazilian and American researchers has found that the venom from one of the world’s deadliest spider can cure erectile dysfunction in just 20 minutes.

  5. Franklin says:

I have just started to suffer from this condition and I am not ready to consult a doctor about something so embarrassing so I hope that the natural remedies that you mentioned will work for me. I was thinking it might be because of the stress I am under with a new job, relocating to an unfamiliar place and not just a different state but different country, is that a possibility?

  6. John says:

Barbara that is very interesting but what happens to the rest of your body with this spider venom in your body? If it is one of the deadliest would there be a very real chance that it could kill you? Is getting on erection really that important to you? I would have to say for me it is not worth the chance at this age.

  7. William says:

David it sounds more like you have to much stress in your life to me. If your mind is running on all kinds of other stuff to the point you recognize that you really have to concentrate on what you are doing then you have to much stuff on your mind period. And I seriously think that can have a lot to do with it.

  8. Brenna says:

I know a friend who does not suffer from this condition, but from what he as mentioned in one of his war stories (so to speak), he has experienced it while he was inebriated. So apparently, alcohol can cause this – at least temporarily, along with other adverse health conditions. Perhaps it is alcohol that should be criminalized instead of marijuana.

  9. Kurt says:

Barbara, thank you for the advice on the poisonous spider venom but I think we will stick to something that doesn’t run the risk of killing us. There is no way that I would put my husband through a penile implant so any of these natural remedies that will work I will tell him about because we aren’t going to spend money on a placebo that doesn’t work.

  10. Omer says:

It’s important to know that contrary to psychogenic impotence, which is impotence caused by anxiety, guilt, depression, or conflict around various sexual issues, organic impotence, the more common of the two categories of erectile dysfunction, is caused by physical problems. It’s hard to fathom that Ten to 20% of middle-aged men and a much higher percentage of elderly men are impotent.

  11. Charles says:

No wonder Ginseng is so popular a product on its own as well as an ingredient in natural, herbal sexual enhancement concoctions. So it begs the question if Ginseng, when taken in its most concentrated form, will it actually help those who cannot get an erection and can it make those who do not suffer from erectile dysfunction keep their arousal for longer periods of time.

  12. John says:

The pharmaceutical industry thought they were on to something really big when they developed drugs like Viagra to overcome erectile dysfunction. This article sheds light on the fact that holistic healthcare practitioners like homeopaths, herbalists and acupuncturists have been successfully treating impotence in men with natural remedies for thousands of years. Conventional drugs carry a long list of unpleasant side effects whereas alternative approaches are often less likely to cause any.

  13. Thomas says:

I understand that there are a lot of things in nature that help with this issue and many other issues but I would like to know how they got someone to test all these things on themselves? You have a very good article and I agree that they should try anything natural before going to a doctor. Thank you for posting this information I appreciate the info.

  14. Robert says:

I no longer am skeptical about organic or herbal medicinal remedies for this or any other problem, for that matter. From experience not related to erectile dysfunction, I have come to learn that nature has a remedy for every condition. The problem is that most of Western medicine has stopped studying natural remedies because the profits are too massive for pharmaceutical companies. I suggest everyone research organic remedies for every problem.

  15. Thomas says:

I think that stress management and healthy lifestyle is the key to having good health everywhere for everyone. Even women that are in stress management and a healthy lifestyle have more regular periods and cope better with their hormones. You have a great blog here and this is an awesome way to get the word out.

  16. Victoria says:

Omer, this was very interesting statistics I had no idea that this was something that was this huge of a problem. From what I have read as well the medicine that is supposed to help the physical problems aren’t working is that true? I understand the psychogenic impotence because that effects woman as well as men you just can’t tell it as much.

  17. Harvey says:

I have hear that the active ingredients of Red Gingeng, and L-Argine have been reported as effective for andropause by the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology, and the Journal of Urology. Confirmed Results obtained from the Increased Free Testosterone levels are confirmed in documented clinical studies performed at John Hopkins University and the Mayo Clinic.

  18. Julian says:

I would be quite wary of natural supplements specifically labeled and marketed to treat erectile dysfunction. There are lots of sugar pill fakes even for natural remedies, since they are cheaper to counterfeit. If you would like to see just to what extent and on what scale supplements are being counterfeited, search for the 60 minutes report on Youtube. So I’d stick to pure Ginseng extract.

  19. Helen says:

So how does vitamin C help with good sexual health? I knew you were supposed to take it during cold and flu season to keep from getting sick but I had no idea that it had anything to do with sexual health as well. Does it work the same way with women? I have noticed that my libido is way low and I just thought it was because I feel ugly.

  20. Thomas says:

Some persons are too embarrassed to ask physician to prescribe ED meds. So they turn to questionable so called natural alternative drugs (not herbal remedies) and unfortunately for them, many of these types of offers are scams which prey upon those who are feeling despondent. And when you are desperate enough, you will fall for anything. I feel bad for those because I know someone who almost got ripped off with such offers.

  21. William says:

The thing about organic / home remedies is that you have no conclusive proof of any of the claims that may be posted on a blog or book. You have to do the trials yourself and that takes time and money – albeit far less money than experimental pharmaceutical drugs that a doctor may suggest to you in order to increase his sales.

  22. Marcus says:

I had absolutely no idea that Ginkgo Biloba could be an herbal remedy for erectile dysfunction. Me and my family all take this supplement every day because of the blood flow benefits it has for the brain. But I guess this is an added benefit for the male members (no pun intended) of the family. I will be sure to pass this information on.
